One year, the co-founders surprised Jaime and her peers and let them take the day after Thanksgiving off from work. These co-founders personally covered the shifts of all the staff so their team could spend more time with their families!
They were the leaders of the company, yet, were humble enough to answer the phones and do nominal tasks. They put themselves last, so their employees could be first.
Jesus said in Matthew 20:16, “So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many will be called, but few chosen.”
