As a teenager, working on my uncle’s farm, at noontime each day we turned on the radio to listen to the farm report, and to listen to Paul Harvey.
Paul Harvey was a famous radio broadcaster who told fascinating true stories about famous people. Mr. Harvey would share surprising and inspirational details, but not reveal who the story was about until the very end.
He would always close out with, “Now you know the rest of the story.” His simple formula made Paul Harvey one of the most popular radio personalities nationwide.
Matthew 13:34 says, “Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable.”
