Before the pandemic, our employees at UBN typically worked 8:30 to 5:00 with some occasional remote work. Our workplace is far more flexible now.
Although most of our staff prefer to work in the office, they have the flexibility to work remotely on some days. Some prefer to begin work at 7:30, while others don’t start work until 9.
The Wall Street Journal highlighted a 2021 study detailing employee views on work. At least 60% of all ages now believe that a flexible work schedule encourages greater productivity.
Galatians 5:13 says, “You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love.”
God prefers to give us freedom but encourages us to serve humbly.
