My friend, Jim, recently shared with me a new idea they have implemented in his company to encourage generosity. Jim uses a new app called Grateful for Giving.
Jim’s company purchases gift cards to give to his employees or customers that entitle them to give to any charity of their choice. These cards direct the recipient to the app to select a charity or a cause that interests them.
With so many people in the workplace desiring to have a sense of purpose, the Grateful app is a way to engage your staff in causes that are meaningful to them.
Proverbs 11:25 says, “A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”
The Grateful app may be a way to leverage your generosity by encouraging others to be generous.
