The Religious Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Index (REDI) was developed to determine the level of faith-friendliness of the Fortune 200 companies. This index ranks large companies on three factors: promotion of religion on their website diversity page, the number of company-sponsored religious employee resource groups, and whether public trainings on religious diversity are hosted.
For 2021, Intel and Texas Instruments tied for first place.
While many businesses try their best to ignore religious issues in the workplace, some are recognizing that our faith and beliefs are core to who we are as individuals.
Psalm 119:11 says, “I have hidden your word in my heart that I might not sin against you.”
Our religious beliefs can shape our ethics and our decisions and should be embraced rather than discouraged.
