Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx

Many in business have learned the hard way the importance of hiring people with strong character. God’s view on integrity, however, is different from the world’s view.
Many universities teach moral relativism, allowing you to decide right and wrong. God’s moral code, however, starts with the concept of fearing God.
Fearing God is to show our heavenly Father both proper respect and honor. It requires a humble spirit.
Nehemiah understood the importance of integrity and fearing God. In Nehemiah 7:2, we read, “I put in charge of Jerusalem my brother Hanani, along with Hananiah the commander of the citadel, because he was a man of integrity and feared God more than most people do.”
If you find someone with strong character, who fears God, you probably have a good hire.
