Listen to the latest 60 second episode of Integrity Moments with Rick Boxx
Integrity Moments is a 60 second workday devotional that provides business leaders with helpful insight into what the Bible says about our work and how we can fully integrate our faith into our vocational calling.

The Rev. Clint Schnekloth in Fayetteville, Arkansas, recently wrote an encouraging article for the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette about the importance of our faith in the workplace and how our work blesses our “neighbors.”

As a Lutheran pastor Clint quoted Martin Luther as saying, “If you find yourself in a work by which you accomplish something good for God, or the holy, or yourself, but not for your neighbor alone, then you should know that that work is not a good work.”

Romans 15:2 teaches, “Each of us is to please his neighbor for his good, to his edification.”

Martin Luther understood that part of pleasing our neighbor is to provide them valuable goods and services through our vocational calling. If your work is helping your “neighbor” it’s important to God.
