According to Dave Hataj, founder of Craftsman with Character, and CEO of a gear manufacturing business, 65% of high school graduates will not go to college. Yet, manufacturers, and craftsmen, don’t have enough young people to fill their open positions.

Dave realized that with training, encouragement, and bringing clarity of purpose to these young adults, he could help bridge the gap. His Craftsman with Character program provides that training and vision, resulting in hope and encouragement for many young people and their employers.

Exodus 31:3 says, “I have filled (Bezalel) with God’s Spirit, with wisdom, understanding, and ability in every craft.”

The first person filled with the Spirit of God was a craftsman. Isn’t it encouraging that God has a plan for every vocation, including those without a college degree?
