As Kathy and I were returning our Alamo rental car and trying to catch a flight home, we were pleased with the two friendly young men who served us. One of these young men asked a very brave question.
He asked, “Was there anything at all that we could have done better?” It seems like a simple question, but the way he asked the question caused me to pause to reflect on my entire experience.
Fortunately, we had an excellent experience, but I suspect that one question, when consistently asked, has garnered great insight for their organization.
Proverbs 1:5 teaches, “Let the wise listen and add to their learning, and let the discerning get guidance.”
