When Russia attacked Ukraine, the world quickly saw the injustice of this unprovoked attack and rallied to condemn Russia while providing support to Ukraine. Hearts all over the world were heavy for the people of Ukraine, causing thousands to show compassion in a variety of ways.
In business, there are also times when a team member is going through a serious challenge. It is refreshing when teammates step-up to cover the workload of a team member who has experienced an injustice or maybe for a loved one hospitalized or dying.
In 1 Peter 3:8, Peter taught us, “Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.”
It’s beautiful when a team, or a nation, comes together to model compassion for one of their team.
