Lisa Nichols is the CEO and co-founder of Technology Partners, a Woman Owned Business Enterprise and national provider of premier IT staffing and solutions. Lisa and her husband, Greg Nichols, founded Technology Partners in 1994 driven by their passion to revolutionize the staffing industry with their transparent business model.

Using her background in accounting and marketing, Lisa heads up the business side of the company, and her leadership has been recognized by numerous awards including regional finalist for EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® award for both 2013 and 2014, 2013 YWCA Leader of Distinction, and the 2013 Enterprising Women Award. Lisa was also featured in Forbes’ “Most Powerful Women” issue in 2013, for Missouri, and 2014, for Texas.

Not only committed to her clients’ success, Lisa is also focused on the success of the community and has devoted her time to many philanthropic organizations over the years, including: Co-chair for the American Heart Association’s 2017 Go Red for Women, United Way deTocqueville Society, Vice-Chair for Young President’s Organization Christian Fellowship Network, Executive Committee for Junior Achievement of Greater St. Louis, Vice President Board of Trustees for Stages St. Louis and President of the Board for BreakDown St. Louis.
