Join us for UBN’s Late Fall Luncheon Event with Richard Blackaby | “Maximizing Your Influence in Troubled Times”

On-Hold. Updates will be provided as they are known. Thank you for your patience.

Dr. Richard Blackaby knows and understands business leaders and the challenges they face blending their faith with their work. The international speaker, business coach and author of God in the Marketplace ministers directly to Fortune 100 and 500 CEOs. But, Blackaby insists, whether you’re working from the receptionist’s desk or from the executive suite, the same questions exist: Why has God placed me where he placed me, and how does God want to use me to make a difference?

Richard has a Master’s of Divinity degree and a Ph.D. in church history from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and an honorary doctorate from Dallas Baptist University. He has served as a senior pastor, and as president of the Canadian Southern Baptist Seminary in Cochran, Alberta Canada for 13 years. He continues to serve as the seminary’s Chancellor today, when he is not at the helm as president of Blackaby Ministries International.

Richard is perhaps best known for the book he co-authored with his father, Henry: Experiencing God: Revised Edition. The book sprang from experiences Henry and Marilynn Blackaby, along with their five children, experienced serving in, and planting, churches in Saskatchewan, Canada.

To date, Richard has co-authored or authored thirty-three books including Spiritual Leadership: Moving People on to God’s Agenda, God in the Marketplace, and Experiencing God: Day by Day.

Richard Blackaby has his wife, Lisa, have been married since 1983. They have three adult children and six grandchildren. The couple live in Jonesboro, Georgia.
