Each member of our team is driven by a desire to see faith lived out in the workplace. We understand the tension of real-world leadership, and we’re committed to walking alongside business leaders as they pursue integrity, grow in wisdom, and lead others well. Together, we serve a larger mission, to see lives and workplaces transformed through faith in action.

Rick Boxx is the CEO and Founder of Unconventional Business Network. UBN is a nonprofit founded in 2001 that has equipped over 400,000 business leaders in integrating their faith and the Bible with their work. Rick has a daily radio and email broadcast called “Integrity Moments” that reaches over 2 million leaders and is featured on over 200 radio stations. He’s authored seven books including “Unconventional Business”.

Kathy is the co-founder of Unconventional Business Network. Kathy with a past career in nursing understands the challenges of the workplace and has been an encourager to many in helping them to integrate their faith and their work. Kathy launched the ministry’s efforts in better engaging professional women, but more recently has been involved in leading UBN’s prayer ministry and development efforts.

Mike Willich brings to UBN executive leadership, business development and team management experience. Mike is responsible for growing and fostering relationships for UBN’s leadership communities. He’s currently working on his doctorate in organizational leadership at Trinity Theological Seminary.

Lorie Williamson is committed to faith-driven leadership and finds great fulfillment in helping other business leaders align their professional endeavors with their spiritual values. Most recently, she has dedicated her time to working with small business owners and Christian nonprofits. She is honored to serve as the Des Moines City Director for UBN, supporting business leaders in weaving their faith into their work and growing UBN’s ministry in Central Iowa.

Dannie Sweeten is a passionate leader dedicated to teaching and inspiring others to lead with purpose and mission. With a deep belief that the kingdom grows through groups, networking, and fellowship, he strives to create environments where connection and growth flourish. With over 25 years of experience in retail and service operations, Dannie has honed his skills in leadership, team development, and organizational excellence.

Katherine has a passion for people and creating! Whether it is with photography, social media, translating, digital marketing, or anything that involves creativity. Katherine majored in music but later found a passion for the business world and is now working on a business degree. Her mission is to utilize creativity to communicate biblical and God-centered messages as well as to bridge the gap between cultures through content translation. At UBN, her role is as a creative assistant helping create visual assets for the ministry.
