A 2021 study published in the Journal of Positive Psychology, asked participants to rank their answers to five questions related to how much they believed their work mattered. The researcher’s conclusion was that mattering isn’t only good for employee well-being, it’s also good for the company’s profitability.
Ephesians 2:10 says, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”
