God has gifted my wife, Kathy, with an amazing gift of leadership. I’ve seen her use it to orchestrate an amazing high school reunion, launch a 50+ ministry at our church, and now, she is starting a workplace ministry for women within Integrity Resource Center.

Kathy typically gets so excited about her new project that she easily assembles a great team of passionate people. Once assembled, she discovers their strengths, and begins delegating duties, with amazing results!

In Exodus 18, Moses’ father-in-law, Jethro, gave Moses some advice that Moses applied. We read, “Moses listened to his father-in-law and did everything he said. He chose capable men from all Israel and made them leaders of the people, officials over thousands, hundreds, fifties and tens.”

Delegation is biblical, efficient, and effective.
