DESCRIPTION:We are partnering with Faith at Work Iowa to bring you this expert on company culture\, Roger Gardner. Gardner began his Learfield career in 1982 as a farm broadcaster\, while a junior at the University of Missouri. Throughout his more than three decades of service\, Gardner has provided integral guidance to virtually every area of the company\, specifically in essential areas of operational and management roles. Most of his work over the years has been in development of Learfield’s collegiate athletic multimedia marketing and sponsorship sales business.  Gardner currently leads the communications and marketing areas of the company focused on Learfield’s continued involvement with various industry events while spearheading events aligned with the company culture.  Gardner and his wife Cheri live in Plano\, Texas and have two grown children. \n
