In an article by Plainview, Dominica DeGrandis states, “The bulk of business opportunities lie in the daily decisions of individual contributors.” Minute by minute decisions are made by contributors at all levels of the organization.

How can leaders ensure these decisions are sound? The Apostle Paul gives insight in Philippians 3:1b, “It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you.”

Paul understood that the new believers would need to have guardrails. He knew they would need basic principles and reminders of how to live.

The same principle goes for business leaders working with individual contributors. What decision-making guardrails would your team benefit from in order to help them reach a greater level of contribution to the organization?
