Customer Service

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you through our Online Store and hope you are completely satisfied with any resources you purchase from Unconventional Business Network. In fact, we’re delighted to provide you with support, training, and resources to help you put God first in your life and business.

Shipping Policy

In general, orders placed before 10:30 AM Central Time on Monday-Friday will be shipped on the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 10:30 AM Central Time will normally be shipped the following business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will normally be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on weekday holidays will normally be shipped the next business day.

Unconventional Business Network reserves the right to upgrade the purchased shipping method at no charge to our customers.

International Shipping

Currently, Unconventional Business Network only ships physical products to locations in the United States and Canada. If you require products to be shipped outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us before making a purchase on our store to arrange for special shipping accommodations.

Refunds & Exchanges

It is our goal that our resources meet or exceed your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes that’s not the case. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, we are happy to accept your purchased items, in their original condition, for a prompt refund or exchange.


Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds will not be issued for items returned after more than thirty days after the purchase date. However, you may request a single-use credit / coupon redeemable on your next purchase from our online store. The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


For items returned more than 30 days after their original purchase, UBN will issue an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase and no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

If you need to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first before shipping the items to be exchanged. We want to make every effort to resolve the issue if possible without incurring additional costs.
  2. Mail the items to the address below
  3. Please use a prepaid USPS shipping method with tracking number
  4. UBN cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping, so we recommend insuring your package in the event the items are lost or destroyed
  5. Send us the the tracking number once the item has shipped.
  6. UBN will issue a credit/coupon for any item in our store to be used within 90 days.

Downloadable Products

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any downloaded products. Once you have purchased and downloaded a downloadable product, those files have been electronically passed on to you and you will always have access to them.

However, in the event of an accidental purchase of a downloadable product, please DO NOT download the product and contact us right away. Unconventional Business Network reserves the right to approve refunds of downloadable products only if the product was purchased in error and the product was NOT downloaded.
