In this position\, Ray promotes a positive\, multicultural work environment that supports consistency and develops policies\, procedures\, budgets\, and controls.   \nRay’s company\, Impact Leadership Resources\, focuses on freeing each business owner and leader’s time which allows them to focus on developing the vision of their respective companies. The company’s values are donating information\, building relationships\, altruistic networking\, hands-on mentorship\, and generosity. Impact Leadership Resource’s business model aligns with its goals of uniting the business community and helping its clients increase the resources that flow into the city and community.   \n \nRay is also a writer and has authored nine books. His latest book\, Believe Again\, Rise Above\, is a collection of inspirational stories from real-life people who decided to make a difference in their lives.
