As a group insurance administrator\, broker and consultant specializing in health care\, Kelly & Associates Insurance group has been recognized as the largest employee benefits administrator in Maryland and one of the largest in the mid-Atlantic region. \nFrank is involved in many community and civic activities including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes at both the national and local levels. Since 2018\, he and his wife\, Gayle\, have served as co-chairs for Helping Up Mission’s $61 million Inspiring Hope campaign to build a new Center for Women & Children in East Baltimore. \nFrank’s interest in lacrosse continued after college and he played several seasons of professional box lacrosse for the Baltimore Thunder of the Major Indoor Lacrosse League and many years with the Maryland Lacrosse Club. \nFrank and Gayle live in Lutherville\, Maryland\, and have four grown children.
